On my way to a lunch function, stopped at the men’s room, the man of the hour walks away from the urinal and right out the door, proceeds to shake hands with everyone at the lunch function. Thankfully, I was on the other side of the room and able to retreat to my desk.

i saw a guy take a dump and just splash some water on his hands, dry them on his pants and walk out (I didn;t see the actual dump taking, that was done in a stall with a closed door. it smelled bad)

One of my coworkers did that and I asked him why he didn’t wash his hands. His answer? “I didn’t get any pee on my hands, why would I wash them?” I don’t think I ever shook his hand again.

I'd say 75% of the women in my office building run water over their hands but don't use soap. If you've already put in most of the effort, what's the harm in adding the actual cleaning product? I don't get people.
